We would greatly appreciate your assistance in providing the following supplies for your child during the school year 2011 – 2012. Please label items with your child’s name and bring them to your child’s classroom on the first day of school Tuesday, August 9, 2011 or before Monday August 22, 2011.
A backpack or book bag (for children’s safety, large bags or bags with wheels are not recommended)
A change of clothing (shirt, shorts/pants, underwear & socks) in a labeled zip lock bag
Rain gear (a raincoat or poncho with hood, no umbrellas, please)
(4) MEAD Composition notebooks (WIDE RULE) – 2 classroom journals/2 homework journals (black marble,
sewn binding)
(2) Poly (plastic) portfolios with side pockets and prongs
(2) Large white rectangular eraser
(1) Box of CRAYOLA colored pencils (sharpened)
(1) Pencil sharpener with adjustable sizes
(2) Glue sticks
(1) 8 oz. bottle of Elmer’s All Purpose Glue
(1) Box 8 count CRAYOLA Jumbo crayons
(1) Box 24 count CRAYOLA regular crayons
