Welcome back from a joyous and safe holiday and welcome into New Year 2011! As we begin our 3rd quarter next Monday, January 10, let’s be mindful of the following guidelines for DEED:
Registration forms must be completed for 3rd qtr. and verification of employment is required or latest check stub.
3rd qtr. payment of $75 must be paid at any Bank of Guam branch on or before Monday by January 10, 2011 and returned to the DEED Coordinator no later than 12:00 p.m. January 10.
Official pick up time is 5:00 pm. Habitual lateness can dismiss your child from the DEED Program. Late payment of $5 must be made within 5 working days.
A note from the parent is required if your child will be a car or bus rider for a particular day, otherwise he/she will be sent to DEED.
